calls and hangs up

he asked for my right address.I asked who wants to no and why. obama health care card came back to him. That everyone is to get one. he was close to my address , I asked his name and who he worked for. He said I already told you that , (he did not tell me anything of it)told me to get pin and paper. I hung up. He called 2 more times. I picked the phone up and hung it up.

very annoying calls no answer or long before they get on line seems to be on dialer

I answer the phone and no one is there. They call atleast twice every day.

This number calls me several times a day and there is no response when I answer

this number has called me twice now and left no voice mail
